Enterprise, iOS, Profiles, API & Fixed Stuff

Not only did we launch a bunch of major new features and a whole new plan, but we made improvements to our iOS apps, the Zendesk API and user profiles!

New Stuff

• We're very excited to have launched Zendesk enterprise earlier this week, check out all the details! 
• Zendesk for iOS is now in version 2.1.4 and available on the Apple App Store. You can find the latest release notes here.
• User profiles have been updated so you can more clearly see forums contributions, votes, etc.

• {{current_user.tags}} is now available as a placeholder. This is given as an array, so you'll need to use the appropriate liquid loop, an example is below:

• A significant improvement to our API. Where ever a POST or PUT is given to the API, and assuming successful creation (a 201 response) then we'll include the payload of what was created, as well as the location header. Previously, we only included a location header to the resource created or changed. This will not break existing integrations. 

Fixed Stuff

• Places where you can "sort" things (drag and drop) saw a few tweaks to ensure all of them worked consistently.
• The forums RSS feed was occasionally displaying topics that didn't belong in those forums any longer. We've since fixed this.
• When a filename was of a foreign character set we would serve that file for download with all characters stripped. This caused problems for files uploaded with names in Russian, Chinese, etc. We'll now ensure the filename is preserved all the way through to download. 
• Our Freshbooks widget struggled a little with those of you that had a large number of projects or clients. We've increased the time that the widget allows before timing out to support you bigger guys!
